Fulfillment Policy

Business Resource Assistance provides business filing and compliance assistance services. Payment is collected in U.S. dollars after form completion, at the final payment step, and before the service is provided.

Order Review

Orders are reviewed within 1-2 business days after submission. If more information is needed, we may contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Fulfillment Timing

All services are fulfilled between 3-10 business days after the order has been reviewed and the required information is available. Services that include shipping or fulfillment may take up to 7 additional days to be delivered.

Delivery Method

Service updates, confirmations, and digital documents may be provided by email or through the contact details submitted with the order. Physical fulfillment, when applicable, is delivered using the shipping or fulfillment information provided by the customer.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate information. Missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information may delay review, fulfillment, or delivery.
