Business Resource Assistance provides private third-party business filing and compliance assistance services. By using this website, submitting a form, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Private Service Disclaimer

Business Resource Assistance is not affiliated with the IRS, FinCEN, or any state government agency. Fees may include service, processing, state, government, agency, shipping, fulfillment, and third-party costs.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information may delay review, fulfillment, filing, or delivery.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is collected in U.S. dollars after form completion, at the final payment step, and before the service is provided. Current service pricing is shown on the homepage and on the related service pages before payment.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Fulfillment

Orders are reviewed within 1-2 business days and fulfilled between 3-10 business days. Services that include shipping or fulfillment may take up to 7 additional days to be delivered. See the Fulfillment Policy for details.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests may be made within 60 calendar days of purchase. If a state, government, agency, shipping, fulfillment, or third-party portion has already been paid, that portion is not refundable and any approved refund will be limited to the service portion.
